30-Day Return Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we have a 30-day return policy — you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@reliefclick.com to request a return. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We'll make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care goods (beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is accepted.

EU Customers — 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipping to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The item must be unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at support@reliefclick.com.
